Manuela is a Partnership & Product Manager at Yunus Environment Hub. She is responsible for developing new partnerships and our product portfolio.

She is passionate about helping people feel empowered and equipped with the appropriate capabilities to succeed and overcome barriers set by our social and economic system. 

Manuela brings experience in the design and implementation of leadership development and learning strategies for capacity building. Prior to joining Yunus Environment Hub, Manuela worked at SpencerStuart, global leadership consulting firm, where she gained expertise in project management, executive recruitment, leadership and team development, design and facilitation of learning experiences, and knowledge management. She also worked at Ashoka as a graduate student intern supporting the development of their social innovation ecosystem.

Born and raised in Colombia, she brings international work experience in Colombia, Chile, Mexico, Brazil, United States and Europe. She is fluent in Spanish, English, Portuguese and French. Manuela holds a Bachelor degree in Economics from Universidad de Los Andes in Colombia and a Master of Arts in Education and Human Development from The George Washington University in Washington, DC.

Manuela loves exploring new cultures and landscapes while travelling to different places. You can also find her learning new yoga styles, hiking, or devouring a new book.
