Yunus Environment Hub Vietnam, in partnership with the GIZ Go Circular Program and CIRCO, has launched the CIRCO Hub in Vietnam. CIRCO Hub Vietnam aims to drive the adoption of circular economy practices by training companies in the ideation and implementation of circular design strategies and business models using the internationally tested CIRCO method.

CIRCO Hub Vietnam plays a key role in promoting and facilitating the transition to a circular economy of companies in key sectors of Vietnam’s economy, including Interior, Electronics, Tourism, Textile, Garment & Footwear, Plastics & Packaging and more.

The program provides a comprehensive approach to understanding and implementing circular business models, offering businesses the knowledge, tools, and support they need to successfully transition to a circular economy, which focuses on designing out waste and pollution, keeping products and materials in use, and regenerating natural systems.

Their innovative “Túi lưới cộng sinh” (Symbiotic Net Bags) reuse fishing nets from fishermen to create multifunctional, reusable bags, embodying the spirit of circularity. A portion of profits supports vulnerable communities in Phú Yên province, highlighting the intersection of sustainability and social impact.
