Tam joined Yunus Environment Hub as Venture Building Manager of for the Zero Plastic Waste Cities program as is the current Country Director in Vietnam. She is committed to  the seven principles of the Prof. Yunus idea of Social Business.

Prior to working at YEH, Tam was a Deputy CEO and Project Manager at Loreto Vietnam Australia Program, a Country Manager of an NGO called XUÂN Children Charity and an Account Manager and Mentor at HELLO XÓM in Vietnam.

Tam holds a Bachelor’s degree in British Literature and Linguistics and a Master’s degree in English Pedagogy. On top of that, she completed various courses on copywriting, press and media, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, PYP, leadership and more.

Tam comes from the Mekong Delta in Vietnam and has lived in Ho Chi Minh City for the past 17 years. She is an avid reader whose core values are promoting kindness, education, and humanitarian empowerment and developmental works. She has been travelling intensively for professional and personal purposes. She adores literature, linguistics, performing arts, innovative ideas and senses of humor.
