Arno is the Operations Manager at Yunus Environment Hub. He oversees operations and HR while ensuring that the organisation’s internal controls run seamlessly. His goal is to create the structure and stability that allow YEH’s global team to focus on driving environmental and social impact.

After studying sociology and completing a master’s in organizational science in Amsterdam, Arno found his first passion in co-founding cultural venues. With a hands-on, learning-by-doing approach, he took on responsibility for operations and finance, becoming the reliable backbone of each initiative.

When he later moved to Berlin, Arno’s focus expanded from cultural management to social inclusion. As a board member of a local cultural association, he led projects supporting underrepresented groups by improving their access to space and opportunities.
